Bereavement Support Groups

Working in collaboration and with the support of A L & G Abbott Funeral Directors I am able to offer FREE OF CHARGE bereavement support groups in Bedford. The two support groups meet fortnightly for 6 sessions on a termly basis.

Forget Me Knot, is an "open" group meaning anyone can join, there is no need to register, it is a drop-in facility. The group is help on Mondays at The Church of Transfiguration, Kempston, Bedford. Autumn Bereavement Support Group

New dates. Free of Charge (thanks to A L & G Abbott). This is a CLOSED group meaning that you will be with the same people throughout the 6 sessions. A safe space to help those who are struggling with their grief to process their feelings along with a supportive group. There is only room for 5 people in the group, please email me, Anne-Marie, if you are interested in reserving a space. I look forward to meeting you at the end of September. Information below.
